Support policy: founding buyers receive setup guidance for the delivered package. Client-specific implementation can be sold separately.
Update policy:v1.0 Founding Edition includes the current source package. Future updates should be shared at the seller's discretion and documented in the changelog.
Refund policy: because this is a digital source-code package, refunds should be limited to duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or a material mismatch with the published listing.
Privacy note: demo leads live in browser storage. Production buyers should connect their own storage, email, and CRM accounts before client launch.
